Laura Fay has always been obsessed with drinks and the experiences they create. It all started with beer and a brewery, and it eventually led her to coffee and roasting.

She studied at the New York Coffee Project, trained with the Specialty Coffee Association (brewing, roasting, sensory + more), and worked with two incredible local roasters - King's Gambit and Black River - before launching Spectracolor. Those experiences gave her both the technical foundation and the creative freedom to shape her own roasting style: juicy, smooth, and approachable.

Fay loves making vibes. She loves creating spaces where people can gather, connect, and feel something special. Spectracolor is all of that brought to life - vibrant coffee, curated events, and a community that lives vividly.

She lives by the motto - drink rainbows, not roast.
